A leading arts organization is seeking a Visitor Experience Assistant to enhance customer interactions at Abbot Hall Coffee Bar. The role involves serving customers, preparing drinks, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Ideal candidates are proactive and eager to develop their skills. The position offers a permanent contract with 30 hours per week, primarily at the coffee bar, with potential shifts at other locations.
Job Title: Visitor Experience Assistant (Catering)
Salary: £19,047.60 Per Annum
Hours: 30hrs per week. 9am – 4pm Wednesday– Saturday
Location: Mainly Abbot Hall Coffee bar but may be asked to go to other Lakeland Arts museums.
Reporting to: Visitor Experience Duty Managers
Term: Permanent
Purpose
As a Visitor Experience Assistant, you’ll be responsible for delivering a fantastic visitor experience at Abbot Hall Coffee Bar. You will be serving customers and making up drinks and cake orders as well as delivering a light lunch offer. We are looking for an individual who is proactive and keen to improve their skills within our team
