A dynamic visitor attraction in Manchester is seeking Visitor Attraction Hosts to enhance guest experiences. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, engaging with visitors, and maintaining exhibit areas. Ideal candidates have a background in customer service and excellent communication skills. This is a part-time, fixed-term role with a pay rate of £13.00ph.
Visitor Attraction Hosts / Illusions Experts / Promotions Team – Fixed Term Role (13th October 2025 – 4th January 2026)
Work Location: Museum of Illusions Manchester
Positions Available: Part-Time
Rate of Pay: £13.00ph
Hours: 10 & 16 hour contracts available – must be able to work weekends.
Interviews: Assessment Centres are scheduled to take place week commencing Monday 6th October.
Holiday Blackout Dates: Successful candidates will not be able to take holiday between the following dates – Monday 13th October to Sunday 2nd November and Monday 15th December to Sunday 4th January.
Opening Times: From 9am – 10pm, depending on time of year. The museum is open every day of the year except Christmas Day.

Our Museum staff play an integral role in the success of the Museum by facilitating our exhibits, interacting with Guests of all ages, and helping to maintain our exhibits, all of which contributes greatly to the overall Guest experience at MOI Manchester.
Museum general staff are called ‘Illusion Experts’ and they monitor museum operations for the enjoyment, safety and security of Guest and the Museum of Illusions. All staff should demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by warmly welcoming all visitors into the museum and promptly taking care of any customer needs. We welcome team members who are willing to learn new skills for the betterment of our guests. This could include seasonal activities, promotional work or providing enhanced entertainment experiences.
