Visiting Music Teacher - Harp
Required for September 2025

An inspiring and enthusiastic individual is required to join our highly successful and thriving Music department as Visiting Music Teacher - Harp. It is expected that c.8 hours teaching is available per week and also coaching a harp ensemble.
The successful candidate will be inspirational, kind and required to teach a range of pupils aged 11-18 years from beginner to Diploma.
The rate of pay is £35.87 - £37.16 per hour, plus holiday pay at 15.55%.
Our Music Department, has around forty full and part-time staff, this comprises eight full-time musicians and over thirty visiting music staff. The Music Department is dynamic with an outstanding reputation and offers a full and exciting co-curricular programme.
If you have a good degree or diploma in Music, have highly effective teaching skills, the ability to inspire, empower and motivate students to engage with new initiatives with a genuine commitment to putting students first and an enjoyment of working with young people we would welcome your application.
