Job summary

Good Oaks Home Care is seeking Care Professionals to join our team in Maidenhead/Windsor. You will visit clients at home, provide personal care, companionship, and support with daily tasks to help clients remain living independently.

We offer competitive pay (£16–£18 per hour), flexible hours, paid holiday, mileage allowance, induction training, DBS paid, and ongoing development opportunities, with progression potential.

Qualifications

• Clear DBS check.
• At least two references.
• Driving licence and use of your own car.
• Valid right to work in the UK.
• Previous healthcare experience is desirable but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients to provide personal care and support.
• Assist with medication administration where appropriate.
• Provide companionship and assist with meals and daily tasks.
• Support clients with mobility, home duties, and outings as needed.

What will you be doing as a Care Professional

Your visits can include helping clients get up and ready for the day, personal care, medication administration, companionship, meal preparation, household chores, outings and more.

Previous experience in healthcare is desirable such as domiciliary care, residential care, or support work however this is not essential as we will provide full training.
