Job summary

Roche is seeking a visionary Squad Lead for Ophthalmology in the UK to steer portfolio strategy, lead a cross‑functional squad, and drive commercial success with an enterprise mindset. You will serve as a VACC leader in partnership with the UK leadership team and affiliate networks, shaping disease-area strategies and execution at a system level to maximise impact across the portfolio.
