Since 2021, our Squad Leads have been at the heart of our \"North Star\" ambition, acting as the primary catalysts for portfolio prioritisation, disease area strategy and operational execution.This particular role is Ophthalmology which remains a critical strategic priority for the UK business and represents one of our primary business drivers.As a Squad Lead, you are the guardian of our strategic priorities within one of our priority disease areas. You will lead a cross-functional Squad, holding end-to-end accountability for the commercial success of our medicines in this disease area.
