You will set a compelling educational vision, ensure rigorous teaching and safeguarding, and work with governors, families and Trust leaders to drive sustained school improvement.

With strategic leadership and a focus on pupil wellbeing, you will translate vision into measurable priorities, develop leadership capacity, and secure strong financial stewardship.

Qualifications

• Must be an outstanding senior leader with a track record of raising standards and leading school improvement.
• Experience in developing people, managing resources and building trusted relationships with governors, families and community partners.
• Strong governance and safeguarding knowledge, with evidence-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and visible professional leadership as Headteacher.
• Lead an ambitious inclusive curriculum and a culture of excellent teaching.
• Ensure high standards of behaviour, attendance, achievement and inclusion.
