Job summary

TISCA at Maranatha Christian School is seeking a dedicated English teacher who is a vision-driven Christian leader to join the team. Qualifications

• Proven success teaching English at KS3/KS4.
• Strong pastoral instincts and capability to manage behaviours.
• Experience leading and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Help logistics of secondary teaching and learning.
• Oversee curriculum, assessment, and standards.
• Teach English at KS3–KS4.
• Line-manage secondary teachers, TAs, and volunteers.
• Guide students in understanding their identity in Christ.
