Job summary

Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Care Group Director to lead the Children’s Care Group and partner with the COO and SLT to deliver high-quality services across the footprint.

You will provide day-to-day accountability for the Care Group, drive performance, safety, and financial sustainability, and build strong partnerships with communities and staff. This is a senior leadership role with strategic impact across multiple sites.
