The Visa Compliance Team at the University of Strathclyde is seeking a Visa Compliance Assistant to support visa-related processes for applicants and students.

Working within the International Student Journey Service, you will provide administrative and customer-facing duties, coordinating with colleagues across Admissions and Student Lifecycle Services, and liaising with external bodies such as the Home Office.

Qualifications

• This fixed-term maternity cover role involves administrative duties and a focus on visa compliance.
• Experience in a relevant administrative role and strong customer service orientation are desirable.
• An interest in developing knowledge of immigration compliance within higher education is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Support visa compliance processes in line with established procedures.
• Coordinate with Academic, Faculty and Professional Services colleagues and external bodies such as the Home Office.
