Overview

Virtualisation Engineer – Salary up to £60,000 + £15,000 in additional bonus. Cheltenham (flexible working available while clearance is processed). Must be eligible for high-level UK Government Clearance.

Sanderson Government and Defence are working with a major global technology provider supporting secure UK Government programmes.

We're looking for a Virtualisation Engineer with strong Wintel and virtualisation experience, who either holds or is eligible for high-level UK Government Clearance. This is a great opportunity to join a team delivering mission-critical services in secure environments, with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and continual improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st to 3rd line technical support across virtualised environments
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth functionality
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Support compliance with internal processes and policies
