Virtual Workshop Producer, Leadership Development

Virtual Workshop Producers play a key role in delivering virtual group events to clients. They provide technical support before and during sessions to ensure high-quality, smooth delivery.

Working closely with Project Managers, Associates, and the Associate Engagement team, they become technical experts, staying updated on virtual platform features and providing feedback for continuous improvement.

Reporting Relationships:
  • Reports to the Associate Engagement Manager – Talent Development
Location:
  • Remote
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all pre-session technical setup, including participant admission and last-minute adjustments.
  • Support participants and colleagues with connectivity issues and workshop materials.
  • Handle workshop functionalities like breakout rooms, whiteboards, and chat tools.
  • Coordinate with facilitators and project managers for smooth operations.
  • Maintain knowledge of platforms like Zoom, Teams, and Webex, sharing updates with the team.
  • Provide post-session feedback and observations for improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Remain calm and professional during technical difficulties.
  • Creative problem-solver with adaptability.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Clear and confident communicator.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to learn new delivery platforms.
