As a Virtual Repairs Surveyor, you will work across all Stonewater stock, remotely investigate and resolve a range of construction/building related defects using remote video technology. You will receive referrals from the Customer Services Centre (CSC) where they have been unable to resolve a customer query at first point of contact. You’ll work in collaboration with the CSC and Partners to continually review and challenge processes to improve customer experience, improve repairs diagnostic, increase first time resolution and drive contact to a digital platform to support Stonewater’s digital agenda.
You will take ownership and responsibility of a range of detailed repairs and maintenance enquiries, aiming to resolve customer enquiries quickly and efficiently and delivering an exceptional customer service.
