As a Virtual Online Training Manager you will manage all virtual training projects on Samsung Backstage (Samsung’s online training platform), alongside dedicated channel partner sites, as well as internal Virtual Training. You’ll execute end-to-end projects and drive innovation aligned with business objectives.
You will promote virtual training awareness, provide insights, and ensure ROI. As well as collaborate with stakeholders for continual evolution and audience engagement.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
Responsible for delivering virtual training strategies and training session roadmaps aligned to the wider mobile experience (MX) strategy.
Maintain a good understanding of competitor virtual training activity to ensure Samsung remains best in class, and report back key learnings and insights.
Work with the Senior Content Manager on platform communication plans and the execution of virtual training content plans.
Grow the online training platform community, building brand advocates and increasing product recommendation rates through innovative virtual training.
Working alongside the internal Training Content Team, you will lead the charge with virtual activations. Drive collaboration across teams from working with our National Trainers, Backstage E Learning team and Elite Ambassador Team.
Work with external agencies to develop platform features, research, and review community feedback.
End-to-end project management of the creative process to build virtual training session briefs for training and production team, review content and gain approval working with the Senior Content Manager, Head of Training, and marketing touchpoints before content goes live to partners.
Develop relationships with channel partners communicating upcoming sessions and projects monthly.
You’ll liaise with key stakeholders within the business, channel partners, and external agencies to ensure the virtual training continues to evolve.
