Virtual Moving Consultant – Birmingham, UK

Are you a motivated salesperson with a love for the removals industry? We are looking for an experienced Virtual Moving Consultant based in Birmingham to sell international and European removals, as well as related services. This hybrid position involves at least three days each week in the office. If you have a successful sales track record and familiarity with Yembo technology, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Sell international and European residential and corporate removals, providing a consistent customer experience.
  • Develop and manage client relationships by knowing their relocation needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Identify ways to upsell extra services like storage, packaging, and insurance.
  • Conduct virtual removals surveys with Yembo or comparable tools to provide accurate quotations.
  • Create fresh removals company leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales tactics.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system based on client interactions to ensure accurate records of sales progress.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure that the removals process runs smoothly for clients.
  • Stay current with industry developments, foreign regulations, and competitor products.
  • Attend industry events and network to increase brand exposure and customer relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering frequent reports and predictions to management.
  • Assist in creating sales strategies to broaden market reach and penetration.
  • Provide great post-sale customer assistance to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous sales experience in the removals sector is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of international and European removal processes, including customs restrictions.
  • Experience with Yembo or other virtual survey technologies is very desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a consultative sales approach.
  • Proven ability to establish long-term client relationships and propel business growth.
  • Full UK driver's licence and a willingness to travel as needed.
