Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Sanitation Program Coordinator to manage sanitation initiatives across multiple sites from anywhere in South Africa. You will oversee program implementation, monitor compliance, and report on effectiveness while collaborating with site teams and external partners.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in program coordination or sanitation-related work, with strong communication skills for remote collaboration and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or sanitation/hygiene roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and execution of sanitation programs across multiple sites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for site-level teams regarding sanitation protocols and procedures.
• Monitor and track program progress, identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions.
• Collect and analyze data related to sanitation activities, compliance, and performance metrics.
• Prepare regular reports for management on program status, key findings, and recommendations.
• Assist in the development and refinement of sanitation training materials and guidelines.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions and provide ongoing support to site personnel.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for all sanitation program activities.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and relevant sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure program success.
