Job summary

Prostate Cancer UK is seeking an Events and Community Fundraising Coordinator (Virtual Products) in London. You’ll be the first contact for fundraisers, offering admin support via phone, email and social channels, and you’ll nurture relationships from registration onward.

The role focuses on our virtual events like The Month Series and Day of Darts, delivering an outstanding supporter experience. We value strong communication, proactive service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Coordinator who enjoys building relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with databases to maintain records and support reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for fundraisers via telephone, email and social media.
• Build and manage relationships with existing and new supporters.
• Support the supporter journey from registration to acknowledgement.
• Motivate participants during challenges and provide fundraising advice.
• Help deliver and grow virtual fundraising products and events.
