Job summary

Prostate Cancer UK is seeking an Events and Community Fundraising Coordinator to join our Fundraising Team, focusing on our virtual products. You will be the first point of contact for fundraisers, providing admin and support via phone, email, and social media, and you will build relationships with existing and new supporters throughout their journey.

You will help deliver and grow our virtual fundraising products such as The Month Series, Day of Darts, The Big Golf Race and Prostate United,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering frontline supporter care via phone, email, and social media.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced charity environment.
• Strong admin skills with database record-keeping and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for fundraisers and provide admin support.
• Build and manage relationships with supporters from signup to journey end.
• Offer fundraising advice and ensure thanks at completion.
