Some of your duties will include:

Responsibilities

• Assisting with sourcing bespoke accommodation, hotels, apartments and flights for VIPs
• Working on behalf of multi-national corporations and 'A' list clients from the entertainment industry
• Taking briefs and instructions from clients and researching potential accommodation options
• Making initial contact with hotels and gathering information on rooms, rates and amenities
• Sourcing accommodation in UK, throughout Europe and the USA on behalf of clients
• Compiling reports and information on accommodation and preparing presentations for clients
