Holroyd Howe is recruiting a Sous Chef for Stowe School in Buckinghamshire. You will join a VIP team delivering modern, fresh cuisine in iconic grounds, with no evening shifts. Lead a culinary team and contribute to exceptional school catering in a prestigious independent setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in contract catering, preferably in independent education or high-profile settings.
• Passion for fresh seasonal food and creative presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and high food-safety standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Motivate the team to deliver high standards of food and service.
• Ensure food safety and allergen controls are consistently met.
• Contribute to menu planning and mise en place.
• Support events and functions alongside school life.
