Job summary

Medical Staff Talent is seeking a meticulous, team-focused registered nurse for a permanent role delivering 1:1 VIP healthcare across a dual-shift system. You will work within a regulated concierge medicine framework, under a Western-trained Lead Doctor, supporting elderly VIPs during rounds across multiple international locations including the Mediterranean circuit.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Western-accredited 4-year BSN (Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing).
• At least 4 years of immediate past experience in demanding hospital environments (e.g., Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department).
• Fluent English communication skills (Native proficiency or documented C1 Advanced).
• Unrestricted capability to deploy globally for ongoing overseas assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide dual-shift 1:1 VIP healthcare under Western physicians.
• Administer medications and monitor ongoing chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with a Western-trained Lead Doctor and Physiotherapists.
