Job summary

Medical Staff Talent is seeking an exceptional RN to join a multidisciplinary team supporting a VIP client. The role involves 24/7 double-nurse shifts with Western-trained doctors in a private setting, offering a £60,000 GBP annual salary tax-free.

This permanent position emphasizes clinical safety, professional collaboration, and continuous movement across international locations. Housing is provided, plus extensive paid leave and international transit coverage.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Western-accredited 4-year BSN degree.
• At least 4 years of recent experience in a fast-paced Acute Hospital environment (Emergency, ICU, etc.).
• Mastery of the English language (Native or C1 level).
• Available for a lifestyle involving constant international movement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care for a VIP client across multiple travel destinations.
• Work under the Lead Doctor and allied Physiotherapists to ensure safety and high-quality care.
• Monitor chronic conditions and manage medications during international travel.
• Provide 1:1 world-class care in a private settings with a double-nurse shift model.
