Job summary

Stride Resource Management Ltd is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to focus on Motor, Household, VIP/HNW Motor and Household, with additional risks such as holiday home, pet and caravan.

You will assist customers with renewals, mid-term alterations and arranging cover, while producing company-approved documentation and liaising with clients by phone, email and post. You will build long-term relationships and identify new opportunities as they arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in Motor and/or Household Insurance.
• Experience with VIP/HNW personal lines preferred.
• Strong IT, communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with renewals and mid-term alterations.
• Negotiate with Underwriters when necessary.
• Arrange cover for clients.
• Produce company-approved documentation for customers.
• Liaise with clients by phone, email and post.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Identify new customer opportunities as they arise.
