Job summary

Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team seeks an enthusiastic Hospitality Executive to deliver premium hospitality experiences for partners and VIP guests across the F1 calendar. The role is primarily office-based, with trackside attendance at selected Grands Prix, focusing on event planning, guest management, logistics and delivery, under the Hospitality Manager.

Key tasks include managing guest communications, organizing ticketing and schedules, maintaining guest databases, and producing post-event

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience, preferably in motorsport or premium events.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Comfortable in fast-paced commercial environments and collaborating with marketing/operational teams.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day hospitality administration and guest information.
• Assist Hospitality Manager with inquiries and ticketing logistics.
• Manage guest communications, itineraries, and briefing packs for events.
• Coordinate trackside logistics, garage tours, and Paddock Club schedules.
• Prepare post-event reports and maintain guest databases with dietary/travel data.
• Attend selected races to support event delivery and guest experiences.
