A leading entertainment company located at Thorpe Park is seeking a VIP & Events Team Leader. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service for VIP and corporate guests, supporting sales, and contributing to a positive guest experience. No previous experience is required, but a positive and guest-obsessed attitude is essential. The position offers a competitive pay of £12.58 per hour and various employee benefits.

As the VIP & Events Team Leader, you’ll report to the Commercial Sales Manager and be part of a team that plays a key role in delivering a safe and unforgettable experience for our VIP and corporate guests at Thorpe Park. Your role will involve both back-of-house and front-line responsibilities, providing excellent customer service while delivering memorable experiences.
