What you'll bring to the team

Location:Thorpe Park,

Hours: Full time fully flexible

Contract Type:Seasonal, until November 2025

As the VIP & Events Team Leader, you’ll report to the Commercial Sales Manager and be part of a team that plays a key role in delivering a safe and unforgettable experience for our VIP and corporate guests at Thorpe Park. Your role will involve both back-of-house and front-line responsibilities, providing excellent customer service while delivering memorable experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure a seamless, smooth guest journey from their point of booking, their arrival onto the park, to their exit by providing high level of customer service in line with company values
  • To assist with the department’s mission to achieve positive customer feedback through internal and external captures.
  • To deliver both VIP entry and experience packages whilst achieving all sales and financial targets set by the business.
  • To support the wider park through our multi-skilling programme where appropriate.
  • Be a sales representative for all VIP Experiences at Thorpe Park.
  • To communicate with guests via email and phone to support sales and answer enquiries.
  • To support with department administration, including logs and daily paperwork.
  • Support product development and contribute new ideas to continually drive department.
  • To become a role model for the team, leading from the front.
