Overview

Responsibilities
- Prepare a strategic monthly calendar tailored for Casino and Sports customers.
- Use analytics to drive CRM decisions and planning.
- Conduct weekly analysis on campaign performance and profitability.
- Analyze player behaviors to create targeted segmentations and personalized offers aligned with playing styles.
- Plan, execute, and optimize daily campaigns focused on player upselling, retention, and reactivation.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create engaging and relevant promotions.
- Manage multi-channel communications via Email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, events & promotions.
- Identify key Sports and Casino events to align with targeted promotions.
- Ensure consistent, compelling, and timely communication around special events and offers.
- Track and report on key CRM metrics, including retention, reactivation, churn, ARPU, campaign conversion and communication metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing and apply hypothesis-driven analysis to optimize CRM performance.
- Use insights to drive continuous improvement and decision-making.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a CRM/Retention/Marketing role.
- Experience with the iGaming industry (a plus).
- Experience managing VIP segments and executing high-value retention strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and performance tracking tools.
- A good understanding of player behavior is an advantage.
- Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
