Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Westhill for a VIP Care Programme Executive at ROC Clinic. The Executive will be responsible for managing the VIP health planning service, coordinating appointments, liaising with healthcare providers, and ensuring exceptional customer service for clients seeking personalised health care.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively coordinate appointments and manage schedules internally and externally
  • Experience in healthcare or related field
  • Strong administrative, organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good understanding of private health services is preferable
  • Knowledge of health planning and VIP services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field

This role is suitable for clinicians pursuing a career in an administrative field or for medical administrators pursuing a career in VIP Client Management. Confidentiality, trust and presentation are essential to this role. You will be the image of the Programme's Chief Medical Officer, the VIP Care Programme and ultimately the Company. You need inspire confidence, trust and deliver swiftly whilst attentive to personal attachments, sensitivities and / or ‘political’ subtleties.
