Job Opportunity: Senior Business Travel Consultant

Join a leading Travel Management Company as a highly-skilled, customer-focused Senior Business Travel Consultant. This role involves providing high-touch, end-to-end travel services for a dedicated finance client.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional service to all travelers and travel bookers.
2. Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines.
3. Understand and adhere to account processes and policies.
4. Provide end-to-end travel solutions in line with client policies.
5. Advise on Passport and Visa requirements for destinations.
6. Offer cost-effective travel solutions.
7. Enhance traveler experiences proactively.
8. Monitor bookings for fare/rate savings opportunities.

Required Experience:

• Previous Business Travel experience.
• Experience working on dedicated finance accounts is preferable.
• Knowledge of GDS systems.
• Strong fares knowledge, including nett and published airfares.
• Excellent worldwide flight knowledge and selling skills.
• Fast, flexible, and customer-oriented working attitude.

Package:

• Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 depending on experience.
• Bonuses and excellent benefits.
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm (37.5 hours/week).
• Remote or hybrid working options.
