VIP Business Travel Consultant

This leading Travel Management Company is seeking a highly-skilled, customer-focused, Senior Business Travel Consultant to join their team.

This team provides high touch end-to-end travel services for a dedicated finance client. If you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and providing a high level of service, we would love to hear from you.

DUTIES:

1. Providing a high level of service to all travellers & travel bookers.
2. Effectively managing your workload to meet all deadlines as required.
3. Demonstrate an excellent understanding of account processes and policies.
4. Providing an end-to-end solution for all clients, in-line with our clients' travel policy.
5. Advise proactively on relevant Passport and Visa requirements and procedures for all destinations.
6. Deliver cost-effective solutions across all aspects of travel, in-line with our clients' travel policy.
7. Maximising opportunities to enhance traveller experiences.
8. Monitor all bookings for fare/rate saving opportunities up until completion of the trip.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

1. Previous Business Travel experience.
2. Experience working on dedicated finance account preferable.
3. Working knowledge of a GDS system.
4. Excellent fares knowledge of both nett and published airfares.
5. Exceptional worldwide flights knowledge coupled with good selling skills to handle new airfare contracts etc.
6. A fast and flexible working attitude.

PACKAGE:

Competitive basic salary of £34,000 - £38,000 (depending on experience), bonuses, and excellent company benefits.

Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 6pm (37.5 hours per week). Remote or hybrid.
