Role Overview

The VIP Account Manager will manage the growing VIP Italian customer base, focusing on account growth, retention, customer satisfaction, and lifetime value through tailored support, loyalty, and risk management.

Responsibilities
  1. Respond to VIP clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and occasionally in person.
  2. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client needs.
  3. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve technical, financial, or feedback issues, ensuring top-tier customer service.
  4. Create tailored promotional offers and analyze campaign performance.
  5. Participate in team meetings to share insights and market trends.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience as VIP Customer Executive in iGaming/Online Casino industry.
  • Fluent in Italian (verbal and written) and proficient in English.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in sales and account management (preferred).
  • Organized, able to prioritize, and analytical with numbers and trends.
  • Fast learner with multiple system proficiency.
  • Problem-solving attitude and customer-focused approach.
