We are seeking a customer-obsessed, performance-driven Account Manager to join our growing VIP Account Management team. In this role, you will own a book of high-value customers of our Main App, delivering white-glove service to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Your mission is to build deep, trusted relationships with top-tier customers, helping them to unlock more value through tailored support, insights, and product engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value traders, acting as the main point of contact and advocate for each client.
  • Provide concierge-level support and guidance, offering proactive outreach and rapid response to client needs.
  • Provide personalized insights, market intelligence, and platform tips to drive engagement and deepen client loyalty.
  • Performance & Revenue Growth: Identify and execute on cross-sell and upsell opportunities that align with client needs and behaviors.
  • Monitor client usage and AUM to uncover growth opportunities and retention risks.
  • Drive product adoption and trading frequency by surfacing relevant features and tools.
  • Client Strategy & Collaboration: Track client satisfaction through NPS and qualitative feedback loops, driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance to deliver a seamless client experience and elevate the voice of the customer internally.
  • Help grow the business through referrals, network expansion, and deep relationship-building.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, relationship management, sales, or customer success—ideally in crypto, fintech, trading, or financial services.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value/HNW clients with exceptional service standards.
  • Deep understanding of crypto markets and trader behaviors (or strong eagerness to learn quickly).
  • Fluent in one or more languages relevant to your regional market; strong cultural awareness and appreciation required.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and performance-oriented.
  • Confident communicator and trusted advisor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and compliance-conscious environment.
