About the Role:

We are currently recruiting a salaried violin teacher to join our team, from October 2025. You will have the opportunity to teach in a variety of settings including, 1-1, small group, whole class, and ensemble teaching in local schools and music centres across the Dartford, Gravesham and Maidstone areas. The role includes teaching at the Maidstone Music Centre two evenings per week (ideally Friday evening and one other), as well as at the Gravesham Music Centre on Wednesday evenings. The ability to teach viola and cello is desirable but not essential.

• Job Title: Teacher – Violin
• Location: Dartford, Gravesham and Maidstone areas
• Contract: Permanent
• Salaried Teaching Hours: 11.5 teaching hours per week
• Fraction: 0.4 FTE inclusive of working hours for other duties
• Salary: £26,388.60 to £32,126.73 pro rata, per annum
