If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join the North West Ambulance Service Corporate Affairs Directorate as one of our new Violence Prevention and Reduction Specialist Practitioners.

North West Ambulance Service is developing a new team focused on violence prevention and reduction, aligned with the NHS England National Security Standard. These roles will provide specialist advice to managers and staff on violence prevention and reduction, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation to maintain high standards of security and safety for staff and patients.

Our ambition is to be the best ambulance service in the UK, delivering the right care, at the right time, in the right place, every time. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team.

Ability to travel across the Northwest is required for this position.

North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust provides 24/7 accident and emergency services to those in need of urgent medical treatment and transport.

Our skilled staff deliver life-saving care, transport patients to hospital or care facilities, and provide non-emergency patient transport services for those unable to travel unaided due to medical conditions.

We collaborate with other emergency services to ensure public safety and patient care during major incidents.

We also operate the NHS 111 service in the North West, providing non-emergency medical help 24/7, 365 days a year.
