A leading company seeks an enthusiastic individual to engage in a six-month strategic role focusing on the East Riding of Yorkshire Serious Violence Response Strategy. The position involves reviewing, developing, and preparing multi-agency delivery plans, offering a unique opportunity for agile working and secondment. Successful applicants will have substantial partnership experience in crime and disorder, exceptional organizational abilities, and strong communication skills.

Funded by the Home Office through the Humber Violence Prevention Partnership, this is a six-month fixed term post and offers an opportunity for a secondment, subject to approval from your line manager.
You must have considerable experience of partnership working in the crime and disorder field and demonstrate an extensive knowledge of the role of partner agencies and council services, which contribute towards delivery of the Serious Violence Duty.
You will either have experience in reviewing and developing strategy and delivery plans or demonstrate the skills to be able to do this with minimal supervision.
You will be highly organised, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. These will be used to prepare strategic documents and present them to partnership boards.
