Job summary

McLaren Automotive Limited is seeking a skilled coating and finishing specialist to prepare surfaces and achieve flawless, aerodynamically efficient finishes on Formula One components. You will mask, vinyl-wrap, spray-paint, and finish 3D printed parts for race and show programs, while driving weight optimisation and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end paint processes (masking, priming, colour finishing) within motorsport or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of vinyl application techniques and finishing standards.
• Understanding of composite components and their finishing to F1 aerodynamic and brand standards.
• Experience in process improvement and continuous development.
