Vinyl Applicator & Vehicle Wrapper

We are looking for a skilled and ambitious Vinyl Applicator & Vehicle Wrapper to join our friendly, professional team at Signs Express (Leeds) to help us create and install a wide and exciting range of signage.

The perfect candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, be able to maintain our high standards of workmanship and quality differentiating us from competitors, be self-motivated and be a good role model for the rest of the team.

• Location: Signs Express (Leeds), Unit 2, Leodis Court, Leeds, LS11 5JJ
• Salary: Competitive, negotiable based on experience
• Working Hours: Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Travel: A full, clean driving licence

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and apply vinyl graphics and digitally printed wraps to vehicles, panels, glass and various substrates.
• Carry out full and partial vehicle wraps to a high standard.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Operate vinyl plotters and printers where required.
• Assist in general sign production tasks such as cutting, laminating, and mounting.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Liaise with colleagues and customers to ensure jobs are completed to specification and deadline.
  
  

The Successful Applicant Must Have The Following Experience

• Knowledge of materials such as standard vinyl’s, conformable films and digital print media.
• Printing experience using wide format full colour digital printers and laminators.
• Plotting, weeding, app taping and application of standard vinyl.
• Vinyl application to vehicles (advanced level preferred).
• Experience in using power tools and site fitting.
• Design skills and knowledge of design software e.g., Corel or Adobe.
• Application of wall graphics and vehicle wrapping.
