Position Job Title: Villa Portfolio & Rentals Manager (Italy team)
Start Date: ASAP
Type of Contract: Full-Time
Base Salary per Annum: to be discussed, depending on experience
Bonus: up to 20% of the Gross Salary
Annual Leave Entitlement: 20 Working Days (Plus Bank Holidays)
Working place: working from home / remote
Monday to Friday
In high season (June to September) it might be required occasionally to assist with urgent matters on weekends.
TASKS:
Product:
- Constant research of new private properties and villas to be added to our N2S Villas portfolio.
- Understanding and developing the N2S vision, taste and philosophy in the selection of new properties.
- Site visits for quality check and bonding with villa owners and/or villa managers.
- Designing and researching experiences tailored around each villa, in the surrounding destination and at the property.
Admin:
- Working along the Admin & Product team to constantly update all villas in our portfolio. Reviewing yearly images, details, rates, and inclusions.
- Liaise with the IT department to upload new villas online.
- Ensuring we have from each villa the crucial details needed for quotations and travel/booking documentation.
- Cleaning and improving database.
- Uploading all villa bookings on company's software: TourWriter, TravelKey & AXUS.
- Managing all villa rental requests starting from receiving inquiries from our travel agent partners, suggesting the most suitable properties, and engaging with clients to gather essential pre-arrival information, ensuring a seamless and luxurious villa experience.
- Creating detailed itineraries including experiences, transportation, private celebrations, and additional services for the duration of the villa stay.
- Liaising with villa manager and/or owner providing clients details, dietary preferences, eventual chef services etc., organizing a smooth check-in and top-notch stay.
- Ensuring all requests/follow-ups are sent on time.
- Ensuring a high level of service to B2B agent partners.
- Staying in constant contact with clients throughout their stay, welcoming them, and supplying crucial daily updates to VIP clients regarding their villa experience.
- Going the extra mile by providing special touches such as welcome cards, birthday surprises, and additional amenities to enhance the overall experience.
Others:
- Support the CEO, COO, and CFO in daily tasks if required.
REQUIRED:
- Minimum 2 years experience in short-term real estate or luxury travel industry.
- Professional English speaking and writing.
- The candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and efficiently during high season, good with ground logistics, proactive, and with good taste.
- London, Italy, or New York based: in London full-time employment contract, in Italy or New York as full-time freelancer (due to the current law).
