Foxtons Estate Agents in London seeks confident Viewers to represent Build to Rent developments. You will conduct property viewings, showcase apartments with premium amenities, and gather feedback for the Foxtons team.

About The Role

At Foxtons, our Build to Rent (BTR) team is expanding, one of the fastest growing areas of our business - and we’re looking for confident, service driven Viewers to represent us across some of London’s most desirable residential developments.

You’ll work independently, showcasing high quality apartments - many complete with gyms, lounges, rooftop terraces and concierge facilities - to prospective tenants. You’ll quickly become the expert on one or two key developments, getting to know the building teams, the area, and the available homes inside‑out. Each day you should expect to be out on viewings for the majority of the day with one hour dedicated to being in one of our front offices giving feedback from applicants to the Foxtons team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting property viewings and delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Promoting the features, lifestyle, and benefits of each development
• Working closely with our Negotiators
• Capturing feedback and driving offers, with offer forms provided to help secure deals on the spot
• Sharing viewing insights with Negotiators who will follow up and progress the applicants
• Travelling between developments (your travel costs between sites are covered)

You’ll often visit Foxtons offices to connect with Negotiators and Managers - you won’t be stuck on your own, even though it’s an on the go role.

Working days: Tuesday - Saturday

This role suits someone who is friendly, confident, and committed to excellent service. You’ll also need determination and resilience, with a drive to meet applicants, fill your diary, and succeed.
