Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Framatome Site Manager, the EM2 Site Works Coordinator supports the EM2 Work Package Leaders in coordinating site works associated with the EM2 package within the contractual context of the HPC construction site:
All activities are carried out in compliance with safety, security, quality, and project schedule requirements, as well as local labor regulations.
The Coordinator is supported by the EM2 project and installation sections and collaborates with various stakeholders, including site staff, project departments, engineering teams, QA, H&S, customer supervision, local administration, and safety authorities.
Educational and Professional Background:
Qualified general engineer with extensive experience in new construction, large-scale maintenance, major component replacements (e.g., RPVH, SG), and managing projects abroad.
Leadership and Management Skills:
Proven ability to lead teams of over 100 personnel, including expatriates and local staff, and manage subcontractors across multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
Experience in managing erection sites, establishing efficient organizational structures, budgets, and subcontractor relationships.
Knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical assembly and welding.
Strong communication skills, both internally and externally, with well-developed didactic capabilities.
Excellent organizational and methodological skills.
Ability to build effective relationships with internal units, customers, subcontractors, and local service providers.
