We’re Idenna, an independent creative agency in Cornwall, known for our outstanding creative and storytelling. We're searching for a Videographer/Photographer to join our full service creative team.

The Idenna film team is made up of amazing creatives and you will become an integral part of this crew. You will work alongside editors and producers and will collaborate everyday with the full agency team.

This is a Cornwall based role. At Idenna we offer hybrid working, but you will be required to work onsite in our Newquay studio for 3 days a week with regular travel to shoot locations.

The full story:

At Idenna, we’re a powerhouse of creative talent with a passion for storytelling. We’re looking for a visual storyteller who excels at both videography and photography. You’ll be highly skilled at interpreting briefs to meet (and exceed) the needs of our clients, and have experience developing ideas from initial concept to campaign completion.

You’ll be a visual thinker and an excellent all-rounder confident with a camera. Your portfolio will evidence previous experience, work examples and can include any personal or study projects with the aim of showcasing your creative abilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Film and edit engaging video content for campaigns, brand films, adverts, television and social media platforms.
• Capture high-quality photography, including product, event, and lifestyle shots that align with client aesthetics.
• Retouch images and edit videos, ensuring consistent quality across all creative outputs.
• Collaborate with the Idenna team to generate ideas for visually compelling video and photography projects.
• Manage and organise digital media files efficiently.
• Travel to various locations, sometimes remote, to film and photograph on-site.
• Interpret briefs to deliver (and exceed) client expectations from concept to campaign completion.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven ability to shoot both video content and stills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video and photography skills, including personal or study projects.
• An interest in camera builds and getting over practical challenges on set.
• Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and photography editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling through visuals.
• Excellent time management, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• You’ll have strong communication skills.
• Flexible, adventurous, and ready to travel for shoots.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
