The Role:

We’re looking for a Founder Videographer to embed themselves into the heart of MyoMaster, documenting the unfiltered journey of building a high-growth wellness business. You’ll follow the founders day-to-day, capturing the chaos, the creativity, and the behind-the-scenes reality of scaling a company.

This isn’t about polished ads — it’s about raw storytelling. You’ll create compelling short-form video content (think TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn clips) that brings our community closer to the MyoMaster journey and inspires the next generation of entrepreneurs and athletes.

What You’ll Do

• Shadow the founders to capture daily behind-the-scenes content — from investor pitches to warehouse moves, product launches, and late-night brainstorms.
• Edit and produce short-form video content optimised for social platforms.
• Translate the founders’ journey into stories that resonate with athletes, entrepreneurs, and wellness enthusiasts.
• Build a consistent content library documenting the growth of MyoMaster.
• Collaborate with the founders on creative ideas for telling our story authentically.
• Stay on top of trends in social-first video storytelling.

What We’re Looking For:

• A natural storyteller with a camera in hand — you know how to capture moments that matter.
• Experienced in shooting and editing vertical short-form content (phone or camera-based).
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, unpredictable environments (startup life doesn’t follow a script).
• Confident working closely with founders and able to blend into situations without disrupting them.
• Social media savvy — you understand what makes content engaging on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Entrepreneurial spirit — excited to grow with us and make this role your own.

Interview Process:

Our aim is to keep the interview process as enjoyable and straightforward as possible, it will consist of the following stages:

1. Interview Round 1: Introductory chat with Alex (Head of Content) - 30 min video call
2. Take Home Task: 1 hours
3. Final Round: Present back the task to Lottie, Joe and Alex (Founders) - 1 hour in person at MyoMaster office

Location:

This role will be in our office just outside of Richmond - four days per week with one day working from home. Please note this will include some evenings and weekends - if you're looking for a conventional 9-5 then this isn't the role for you.
