5 years of experience with data analysis and SQL/MySQL.
5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
5 years of experience working with Unix or Linux operating systems/commands.
5 years of experience in operations management (i.e., process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc.).

About The Job

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.

You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

In this role, you'll be a trusted technical authority, collaborating with executives from major broadcasters and advanced video clients. You'll design and implement cutting-edge solutions like Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI), Connected TV (CTV), and HbbTV, empowering video publishers.

As a VSC, you'll act as a technical expert and advisor, understanding partner challenges to architect solutions using our advanced video products. This includes infrastructure deep dives, best practice guidance, and complex troubleshooting. You'll also work closely with our Product and Engineering teams, offering feedback to influence future offerings and drive adoption of emerging technologies.

You'll be the go-to expert for seamless integration and advanced troubleshooting, advocating for Google Ad Manager's video capabilities in pre-business discussions, implementations, and industry events. Your partner feedback will directly shape our product roadmap, influencing the future of video advertising.

Responsibilities

Offer consultation, innovative solutions, and troubleshooting to resolve partner challenges and pain points.
Facilitate new product adoption through upgrades and migrations, while providing client feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
Guarantee successful client integrations by offering essential documentation and technical guidance.
Present to various stakeholders and analyze data to optimize client success with Google products.
Guide sales and partners on data management, workflows, and conduct complex data analysis, delivering insights to stakeholders.
