Job summary

MENA Alliances in London is seeking a Software Development Engineer focused on Video Quality Analysis to build real-time algorithms that detect and correct video defects using ML and computer vision.

You will design scalable, fault-tolerant systems, lead architecture decisions, improve performance, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality streaming experiences for users worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience in Java, C++, or C#.
• Experience with full software development life cycle, coding standards, code reviews, source control, build, testing and operations.
• Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Exposure to machine learning frameworks, computer vision, or related technologies is a plus.
• Demonstrated passion for innovation and ownership of projects from ideation through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize real-time video quality analysis systems and defect detection algorithms.
• Develop deep learning models and computer vision techniques to assess and improve video content quality.
• Lead architecture and design of scalable, fault-tolerant, high-availability software.
