Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a QCF Level 5 qualification in a design or media-related subject.
• Proficient in Adobe CC with After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Excellent video, animation, and motion graphics skills.
• Strong typographic and layout abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Experience clarifying client objectives and planning a design approach.
• Experience presenting ideas clearly to clients.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Desire to continually develop and improve yourself.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with line management support and coordinate timeframes.
• Collaborate with designers, digital printers, and RAF colleagues.
• Discuss business objectives with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop creative ideas and concepts to deliver the message.
• Ensure work complies with brand rules and accessibility guidelines.
• Deliver solutions that meet client needs within deadlines.
• Occasional travel to RAF sites for filming.
