Job summary

THG Beauty is seeking a high‑performing Video Producer & Editor to lead Lookfantastic’s Content Hub with long‑form editorial content. This hands‑on role turns research and expertise into engaging, readable content that also performs in search and on YouTube.

You’ll manage the editorial pipeline, develop scripts and briefs, and collaborate with SEO, Social, PR and creators to deliver platform‑specific content while mentoring the Social Producer and upholding editorial standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high‑performing digital editorial role with long‑form content.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills for authoritative content.
• Experience taking content from idea through to publication across multiple formats.
• Strong editorial judgement and understanding of what makes content credible.
• Experience producing or contributing to YouTube and video‑first storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own long‑form editorial content development from idea to publication.
• Develop video concepts, scripts, storyboards and production briefs.
• Collaborate with SEO, Social, PR, Creative, CRM and external contributors.
• Mentor the Social Producer and cross‑team editorial campaigns.
