Job summary

THG in Manchester is seeking a high‑performing Video Producer & Editor to lead Lookfantastic’s Content Hub with long‑form editorial content. You’ll own ideas, research, interviews and writing, then translate insights into compelling content and platform‑specific formats like YouTube and social.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high‑performing digital editorial, publishing or content role.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with authority and usefulness.

Responsibilities

• Own long‑form editorial content from idea to publication.
• Develop editorial angles and narratives for engaging content.
• Interview experts and contributors to bring authority and insight.
• Manage and develop the Social Producer for editorial campaigns.
• Develop video concepts and production briefs for YouTube and social formats.
• Apply SEO, GEO and AI discoverability best practices throughout the process.
• Maintain the Content Hub editorial pipeline and content refreshes.
• Collaborate with SEO, Social, PR, Creative, CRM and external experts.
