Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to produce compelling promotional videos, adverts, and PR features.
  • Create innovative weekly features, exclusive interviews, new signing reveals, and behind-the-scenes programming that resonate with fans.
  • Contribute fresh, creative ideas that boost the impact and reach of the Club’s digital and social content.
  • Bring strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro to enhance team editing capabilities; experience with motion graphics or post-production tools is a bonus.
  • Attend club events and matchdays to assist in filming and content coverage.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure the upkeep of all video production tools and software.
  • Support the Club’s Blues+ platform through content upload, editing, and promotion.
  • Take part in planning sessions for social and content strategy, bringing a creative perspective to the table.
  • Archive content effectively across backend systems to ensure long-term accessibility and organisation.

Matchday Involvement (Training Provided):

  • Assist in the matchday media production at St. Andrew’s, including pre- and post-match interviews with players and coaching staff.
  • Ensure camera and commentary equipment is ready for use before matches.
  • Edit and publish match highlights, goal packages, and extended content for Blues+ and social platforms.
  • Support coverage of U18s, U23s, and BCWFC matches when required.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience in video production, including content ideation, storyboarding, filming, and editing.
  • A solid understanding of camera operations and creative storytelling techniques.
  • Working knowledge of video, audio, and design workflows in a content production environment.
