Job Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in film, video production, communications, or related fields (a combination of education and experience may be considered)
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere)
• Extensive experience editing videos (5+ years)
• Proficiency in Adobe CC products: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder
• Understanding of visual storytelling and storyboarding

Job Duties

• *Tell compelling stories using tempo, transitions, music, sound effects, graphics, and voiceovers.
• *Align stylistically with existing brand guidelines.
• *Meet strict deadlines consistently.
• *Manage digital assets with proper labeling and file organization.
• *Edit engaging short and long-form videos adhering to industry standards.
• *Ensure all outgoing videos are technically sound, within scope, and delivered on time.
• *Collaborate with Producers and Account Directors from concept to final delivery.
• *Work closely with creative teams to brainstorm and innovate.
• *Provide videography services as needed.
• *Assist in project management, scheduling, and delegating tasks.
• *Attend management meetings as required.
• *Lead and inspire post-production and production teams.
