Job summary

Wren Kitchens Limited is seeking a creative Online Learning Editor with a strong focus on video editing and production. You will create instructional videos, eLearning content and supporting materials, combining video, writing and simple design to make learning engaging.

You will collaborate with the Online Learning Manager and subject matter experts to understand briefs, develop creative solutions, and ensure resources are accurate, on-brand and delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Experience filming, editing and producing video content for instructional or educational purposes.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of how to use screen recordings, captions, graphics, animations and voiceovers to communicate information effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, engaging content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit engaging instructional videos and other digital learning resources.
• Work with the Online Learning Manager and subject matter experts to understand briefs and develop creative solutions.
• Turn complex information into clear, engaging and accessible content through video, written materials and visual design.
• Write and edit learning content, and create graphics and layouts for guides and supporting materials, using basic content writing and design skills.
• Review and update learning resources to ensure they remain accurate, relevant and aligned with brand standards, collaborating with the team to maintain quality and deliver projects on time.
