Job summary

Kubix Media Ltd in the UK is seeking a mid to senior level designer to own fast-turnaround creative across paid social, email, banners and video. You’ll turn strategy into on-brand assets, from brief to final delivery, collaborating with creative, paid-media and copy teams.

Ideal candidates have agency experience, strong video editing, and proficiency in Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator. This role offers hands-on ownership, rapid pacing, and opportunities to shape campaigns for growing eCommerce

Qualifications

• Video and motion: edit and animate video for paid social across Meta, Snap, or TikTok.
• Campaign design: design assets for paid social, email, web banners and full campaign rollouts.
• Content creation: help create social content for clients and Kubix’s channels.
• Email design: design email layouts within Klaviyo and other platforms.
• Clean production: build structured Figma files with auto layout for easy edits.
• Strategy to asset: turn briefs into on-brand creative focused on metrics.

Responsibilities

• Video and motion: Edit and animate video for paid social and occasional organic channels, cut for placements across Meta, Snap, or TikTok.
• Campaign design: Design assets for paid social, email, web banners and full campaign rollouts.
• Content creation: Help create social content for clients and Kubix’s own channels, including photography and short-form video.
• Email design: Design email layouts that work within Klaviyo and other email platforms.
• Clean production: Build structured Figma files utilising features like auto layout, so others can edit, resize and upload your work without breaking it.
• Strategy to asset: Turn briefs into on-brand creative that drives results, with an eye on the creative strategy and metrics that matter.
